1. The Offer
All Eligible Customers (see section 2 below) will receive from Bupa HI Pty Ltd (ABN 81 000 057 590) (Bupa) 6
weeks free health insurance on the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
An eligible customer must:
a) not have held Bupa health insurance in the last 12 months prior to join date
b) join through Health Deal;
c) be an Australian resident over the age of 18;
d) take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy (see section 3 below) between 6/04/2023 and
10/05/2023 and such policy must commence by 10/06/2023, maintain that cover and meet all
payment obligations for 30 consecutive days from the join date and be financial to receive the 6
weeks free offer.
e) pay their health insurance premiums by direct debit; and
f) provide a valid email address.
If they meet all of the eligibility criteria above, they are an Eligible Customer.
3. Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy
An Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy is any single, single parent, single parent plus, couples, family or family
plus selected combined domestic Hospital and Extras product or packaged product issued by Bupa and available
through Health Deal. This offer excludes:
a) Hospital-only products;
b) Extras only products
c) Ambulance products;
d) Any Hospital product combined with Freedom 50 and Freedom 60 Extras products;
e) Any customer plans attached to a corporate group including employees [or contractors] of Bupa, or
any other Bupa Group company.
f) Overseas Student Health Cover, Overseas Visitors Cover and Short Stay Visitors Cover.
4. General
a) The Offer is not available with any other Bupa promotional join offer.
b) If you breach these terms and conditions before becoming entitled to the Offer then Bupa may elect,
acting reasonably, not to award you with the Offer. If Bupa discovers the breach after the Offer has
been awarded, then Bupa may decide, acting reasonably, to remove the Offer from your account.
c) Yearly limits, waiting periods, fund and policy rules apply.
d) Bupa reserves the right to extend or withdraw this Offer at any time, without further notice.
